We need loving relationships – with ourselves and with others. When we understand our own needs and learn to take responsibility for ourselves, we begin to make healthy choices in our relationships with others. We need management tools and skills to help us meet our needs and to develop and maintain loving relationships with others.
In my practice I draw upon experience and training in counselling, clinical and transpersonal psychology. I provide individual and relationship counselling in a safe and supportive environment and utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches to address your specific concerns and to support your healing and growth. Both interpersonal and intrapersonal concerns are addressed along with the development of practical tools and skills to help manage life more effectively and improve your quality of life.

My practice is influenced by the wisdom of Eastern Philosophies including Buddhism, Taoism, and Hinduism. Integrating these cross-cultural influences with the rational tenets of Western Psychology offers a bridge between science and spirit and symbolizes, both literally and figuratively, my approach to healing and growth.
